• Assistance in setting up a company: we support people interested in doing business in Portugal by assisting them in each step to follow, from the beginning until the full set up of the company. For example: having knowledge of the various banking services offered, we propose a network of contacts and, if requested, we go with our client to the bank agency to open the company bank account, making the appointment and preparing all documentation in advance.
• Reducing bureaucracy: we deal directly with public offices, paying the utmost attention to compliance with procedures, with efficiency and efficacy (time and cost reduction). Practices carried out in local require a prior appointment and waiting time to be completed; the same act, if processed "online", costs on average 25-30% less and is processed quickly.
• Administrative area: we take care of bookkeeping. Additional services include issuing your electronic invoices and periodically sending information to tax authorities, and preparing and submitting Intrastat statements (intra-Community transactions).
• Human Resources: we process payroll and manage the social security position of employees with the relevant agencies.
• Management control: if required, we support in planning and controlling the company performance and related profitability by market, customer, product.
• Coaching, Interim or Fractional Management, advice and support to Business Development projects, support to Start Ups implementation.
  
  Concerning the latter, I offer 360 degree business advice to set up Start Ups in Portugal, Spain and Italy. From Strategic and Business Plan definition, to selection and supervision of all the service providers necessary to set up a Start Up, maximizing cost/efficacy. Recruitment, supervision/coaching of key staff included.
